Hailing from Buenos Aires, Mani studied fashion and textile design at the University of Buenos Aires followed by a masters in Fashion that opened the doors for her to work with various major Argentine and international brands. She also spent time in London, completing a course in fashion marketing at the University of Arts, where she had the opportunity to travel extensively around Europe.
Her passion for culture and staying on top of the latest trends led her to partner with Shop Hop BA in 2017, allowing her to combine her extensive knowledge and love for design with her desire to help others discover Argentina's unique design scene in a fun and different way.
She currently manages Shop Hop and leads the majority of the shopping experiences.
Sophie Lloyd
Shop Hop BA Founder
British-born Sophie Lloyd worked in Shanghai for five years as a fashion journalist, editor and costume stylist before moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2010. She set up and established her company Shop Hop BA later that year to assist tourists and locals alike in their shopping quests, while providing a fun, stress-free shopping experience. Thanks to her insider knowledge and extensive contacts, Sophie sought to provide a unique insight into Buenos Aires’ design scene.
She now resides in Lisbon, Portugal, working on other fashion projects.
